Valley Regional Transit (VRT) has adopted a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Policy to promote the participation of disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) in all areas of VRT’s contracting to the maximum extent practicable. Consistent with the DBE Policy, the successful business selected for this project shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that DBE firms have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in the performance of this project and any subcontracting opportunities thereof.
