Valley Regional Transit is committed to ensuring that no individual or organization is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of its program, activities or services, or subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin in accordance with Title VI or the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.

Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with Valley Regional Transit. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program
Valley Regional Transit's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program demonstrates the authority's continued commitment to the success of minority/and women-owned businesses by promoting contracting opportunities to DBEs within transit.
Valley Regional Transit's DBE program is governed by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) 49 CFR Part 26.
