Bus Stations & Offices

We have three Customer Service locations: the Valley Regional Transit Administrative Offices in Meridian, Main Street Station, and Happy Day Transit Center. Passes are sold at all three facilities. More information about passes, fares, and payment methods can be reviewed here. There are three major bus transfer centers across the valley: Main Street Station (Downtown Boise), Happy Day Transit Center (Caldwell), and Boise Towne Square Mall (Boise). Each location is listed below with its services, schedule, and contact information.

Main Street Station

Buses arrive both underground at Main Street Station (the Lower Deck) and outside at the intersection of 8th and Main Street (the Upper Deck). There’s a staffed Customer Service desk at the facility with printed informational resources available inside.
